Please Remain Seated Or Pay The Blinds!!!

Too many poker players are not staying at their seats when they should be. We understand that when "nature calls" you have to answer it. But many players are taking time too much time on the phones, or smoking (both legal and illegal products) and we will be discouraging you from doing so. If you are seated at a table and miss more than 2 hands due to your own negligence, you will post the big blind every hand until you return to the table. There is a simple solution for you to avoid this penalty - STAY SEATED AT YOUR TABLE DURING THE TOURNAMENT!!!

Remember, we do give breaks every hour. Use the break to take care of other matters!

Big Spenders Club At All Locations!!!

We are now offering the "Big Spenders Club" at all locations. No need to join the club! Simply keep your Poker Player Appreciation Cards when full, have your bartender or server sign off on them with that days date, and redeem them with the tournament director prior to the start of the tournament within 2 weeks and earn an additional 500 chips that night! There is a maximum of one card per tournament, and cards must be "night for night" meaning you can't use a Monday card on a Tuesday. This is just another way for us to say "Thanks" and another reminder that

Bean Bag Tournaments At Boomers!!!

We have 2 more bean bag tournament lined up at Boomers!!! Our next tournament will be Saturday September 11 at Noon. This tournament is a singles tournament, so no excuses about your partner on this one! Entry fee is $10 with 100% payback. For more info on this tournament and our other tournaments click here

New Day For Poker At Echo Lanes

Starting September 7, we will be moving poker at Echo Lanes in Austin to Tuesday nights at 7:00. We will have the same payouts as we did on Thursdays, so we hope to see you on tuesdays starting September 7!!!

Super Saturday Showdown At Grumpy's!!!

We will be having another Super Saturday Showdown poker tournament September 18 at Grumpy's Saloon in Grand Meadow at 1:00. This tournament will pay $150 cash to 1st place! Grumpy's will have beer and food specials, so stop on in for a good time!!!

Beer Pong League This Fall At Rookies!!!

We will be starting a Beer Pong league at Rookies this fall. The league will start Tuesday, October 19 @ 8:00 and 10:00. Cost per evening is $5 per team per evening, with 100% payback for the finals. Players will pay for their own beer. Rookies has 2 - 4 - 1 pitchers every Tuesday night. Each team will play 5 games per night, and all games will be played with 6 cups.
