Delay of game will result in a penalty. Teams will first be warned. First penalty will result in loss of cup. Second penalty will result in loss of 3 or all remaining cups if less than 3. Third penalty will result in loss of 6 or all remaining cups if less than 6. Final penalty will be disqualification.
